How do I assign a case?Cases can be assigned any one of four ways. Log onto our case management system and open a “New Case”. Fill out the referral form on our website. Email the case information either to your Sales representative or to cases@lemieuxassociates.com Call your sales representative and give them the information.

What is my log-in?If you have forgotten your login information, or to create an account, go to https://lemieuxassociates.viewcases.com and click “Can’t Access your account.” This will prompt you to enter your email address and simple instructions will be sent to you.

How do I view my cases?You can view your cases by logging into our case management system. Where are your investigators located?L&A has investigators that cover all 48 contiguous states. An investigator map listing the town and state of each of our investigators can be supplied upon request.

Who is my sales representative?Our salespeople are assigned regionally. For a directory with contact information please visit our sales team page here.

Can I re-open a case from the website?Yes. There is a “Reopen” button in the top right corner of the “Overview” page of all closed cases.

How can I send an attachment with my case when assigning on the your website?Attachments can be sent in an update on the “Updates” page of any case.

What is your normal turnaround time?Our normal turnaround time is approximately 14 days. If you have a specific turnaround time requirement on a case, please indicate it in the referral.

Are your investigators employees?Yes. All of our investigators are employees. We do not utilize sub-contractors.

What are your rates?Our Fee schedule can be supplied upon request.
